University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff – Associate Professor of Music and Director of Sound Recording Technology.

Duties include administration of SRT degree program, supervision of senior recording projects and internships for Sound Recording Technology majors, supervision of all recital and concert recordings, development of curriculum for the SRT area, instruction in all SRT courses, instruction in applied trumpet, and instruction in other areas as needed.

Mississippi University for Women - Assistant Professor of Music

Area Coordinator of the Music Department, 2001 - 2004. Duties included coordinating class schedules, jury and performance class dates, faculty meetings, and music event schedules with University facilities and security, setting purchasing and planning proposals, chairing faculty search committees, and serving as the voting representative for the department at NASM.

ClientLogic Corporation - Computer Programmer/Analyst

Internal development and support of company-wide systems for outsourced sales and technical support (phone and electronic), internal support, and human resources in both UNIX and Windows NT environments. Development tools include PowerBuilder, Lotus Notes, Vantive, Visual Basic, and MS Access. Additional duties include overseeing and managing consultants hired for special projects and occasional HTML coding.

ClientLogic Corporation - Technical Support Representative

Duties included answering customer concerns regarding installation and use of scanning and OCR software and hardware, word processing, graphics manipulation, and personal management software. Topics discussed included configuration of printers, scanners, and compatible drivers, configuration of display drivers, identification and disabling of TSR programs, system optimization and general publishing features.

Acted as inbound pre-sales telephone support for a local outsourcing firm. Duties included answering customer concerns regarding upgrades and features of numerous software and hardware products including development, enterprise, business and personal organization, and education products.
